
hiring and intervie process was very hapzhard and legnthy and the candidtes were made to wait uselessly for hours
Basically I went for the post of customer care executive, it consisted of 4 levels of interview, starting from basic personal interview such as knowing you, 2nd level skill , personality, and grammer test, 3rd telephonic interview, and last but not least 1 on 1 interview with the manager or H.o.D.
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
